the air valve snapped off when i attempted to add air
The problem was minor but an inconvenience and at $120 expensive to repair but the biggest pain in the ass was how Nissan Ireland washed their hands of it and by way of an ANONYMOUS email dismissed the claim for the repair to be done under warranty. The car was only 10 months old. I've never heard of a wheel valve snapping off before. I am happy enough with the car but definitely not with Nissan customer service. I have a 5 year parts guarantee with this company. Are they going to opt out every time I have a claim???
