I have a extended warranty on this car.

When the transmission went out and I had it towed to the Dealership, they told me, no problem, its covered. 3 days later I called to see when the car is ready and they told me that Nissan denied to repair the car because the day I purchased the car I had a inspection done to drive for Uber. The mechanic recorded this.

Now they are telling me, the warranty void because I am using the car as a commercial vehicle, which is bull, I ask Uber, and the definition of a commercial vehicle is, to have a commercial License and commercial Insurance, I do not, I am not a Uberblack or suv. now I have to come up with $4000 or I will loose my job because I have no way to get to work.

I payed $3000 for this warranty that was void the first day I purchased the car. I am asking you all, is this fair?????? fix my f*cking car , or give me back the $3000, because they should have known this. I contacted a layer already, waiting for response. my husband just had a heart attack and now I am afraid he will have another one cuz he is so worked up. I need some serious help here, and quick
