Went in for my first oil change and the technician told me that I had a very strange ticking noise coming from my transmission. I had to bring my car back the following Monday. When I set up the appointment they had asked if my car had been recalled. After telling them no, the technician continued to tell me that they had similar problems with the 2011 Juke. So when I brought it in on that Monday they did a full diagnostic on the vehicle and said that nothing was wrong with the car and that the ticking noise is normal with the turbo.
I started doing research on the 2011 Juke and found that same ticking sound was the reason so many Jukes were recalled. I still to this day hear the ticking as well as a rattle that I have not heard before coming from the transmission while the vehicle is on.
