Driving across the country. Juke was on the road for 3-4 hours. Driving on a long slow incline, into the wind, with cruise control set at the speed limit of 80mph. Pressed accelerator to pass a semi, and immediately lost boost and speed dropped from about 85 to 55. With other vehicles coming up behind me, that are able to maintain the speed limit, it was becoming dangerous. After driving 25 under the speed limit for 5-10 minutes, I slowly kept testing for boost. It finally came back. Losing power while traveling at 80mph (85 passing), is scary and dangerous. If there was heavier traffic this could have ended differently. This issue happened 2 more times on my trip. Which I guess I need to report separately on here.
Update from Nov 6, 2019: UPDATE: this apparently is a CVT issue of overheating, and sending the turbo into a limp/safe mode. Still super unsafe on road trips, and yes it happened again to me. Both on the way to and from AZ. I live in CA.
