The car was fine earlier on in the day. Later on, I noticed it would stop accelerating and would shake quite a bit. I got scared for a bit because I was pretty far from home at the time and I had to go through a tunnel to get home. I stopped, restarted the car and tried again, same problem. Stopped, pumped the clutch, pumped the brakes and the e-brake hoping something was just stuck. Nope, still didn't fix it. I noticed it just wouldn't accelerate past 2500 rpms and as long as I shifted right before 2500 it would be fine, so I made it home. The next day, the problem is much less profound, it will go past 2500 but I can feel it struggling a bit and the check engine light is on.
