2011 Nissan Juke Timing Chain Recall in 2014. Repair at CT dealership the same year. Five years later chain breaks and I am told by a Nissan dealership in Middletown that I need a new motor. Dealer said it is under recall and should be covered 100%. Nissan Corp consumer affairs says no. It is out of warranty it will only be covered at 60%. BS. Just exactly what kind of parts are they installing in this car causing it to break within 5 years?
For the case manager telling me there is no one higher than her to speak with is a joke. Build and Sell a car, but don't stand behind your vehicle is a freakin' joke, especially a recall. My next step is BBB and then EyeWitness News 3 I-TEAM Investigates. Sick and tired of these companies screwing us. Stay away from a Nissan Juke, (Joke). I am not getting screwed on this one.
