Rear wipers quit working after 4 years. Service manager at dealership was a smug douche bag, and stated that my warranty expired the year before. I told him to check again as I had purchased the extended warranty and was not going to pay the $900 he quoted because of that fact.
Because of the extended warranty, I paid nothing.
Decided never again to use the family of dealerships where I had purchased the Juke.
