With everyone buckled and this usually happens with me alone in the vehicle...the seat belt indicator comes on showing three not buckled/not used on the dash and the chime will go on until it reaches its point to stop approx 2-3 minutes. I took it in for scheduled maintenance and described the issue and they had it for several days repairing another issue and they stated they Could Not Duplicate (CND) meaning they did absolutely nothing when left the dealership and got to the first red light it started it chiming and lasted until it finally shuts off on its own.

I just put the seatbelts now into the buckles in the rear to resolve it and haven't had the issue since. Just upset they didn't take enough time to try and duplicate it and see what the problem is.
