I have a 2023 Nissan Frontier with 16k miles on it. The welds on the frame failed. Instead of Nissan replacing the truck, they are rebuilding the truck on a new frame with the old parts. If I wanted a rebuilt truck with a 1 year warranty I would have saved a bunch of money and bought one with a rebuilt title and a 1 year warranty.
Nissan corporate refused to replace the truck with a new one. Nissan corporate also refused to extend the bumper to bumper warranty. The lady told me extended warranty was available for purchase through my dealership.
This is my first Nissan and I will not ever buy another one. If this was wrecked my insurance would have totaled it. I don't want a rebuilt truck. I don't want this truck and Nissan is forcing me to get a rebuilt truck. No one at Nissan cares. I have been posting on their ads and tagging Nissan and Nissan USA on my posts on X. It's completely unacceptable to have such a catastrophic failure to a truck that new. It's a safety risk and they need to build better products.
