The seat when adjusting does not lock in properly. I have reported it and was told this is normal. I don't see this as normal for a brand new 2017 Nissan Frontier.
It is not normal - I have to pull and rock the seat, each time to lock in, and my wife has to do the same.
If you forget to rock the seat you can hit the brakes and move forward a little, or accelerate and seat moves back slightly. Almost 2 years later it can scare the crap out of you a non locked seat.
But Nissan says it is normal. https://www.carcomplaints.com/addreport.shtml#
