TRUCK AT HILL NISSAN BEING REPAIRED FOR HEATER PROBLEM. I WAS CALLED ON 2-5-16 TO LET ME KNOW THE CONTROL VALVE DIDN'T SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND THERE WAS AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. ITS BEEN 2 DAYS AND THIS IS THE 3RD ATTEMPT TO GET THE HEATER TO FUNCTION PROPERLY.
I SPOKE WITH NISSAN MANAGER AND HE TOLD ME THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN INSPECTED BEFORE IT WAS SENT TO THE DEALER FOR SALE. I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THE TRUCK AND WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE VEHICLE BECAUSE OF THE PROBLEMS I AM HAVING WITH A VEHICLE THAT WAS INSPECTED AND MADE READY FOR SALE. I TOLD HIM BECAUSE OF THIS THERE MAY BE OTHER PROBLEMS THAT WERE MISSED IN THEIR FINAL INSPECTION. HE DIDN'T AGREE. I INSISTED ON TALKING TO THE FACTORY REP. BUT HE SAID THERE WAS NONE AND HE WAS THE REGIONAL MANAGER.
I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE IN THE VEHICLE NOW BECAUSE THEIR FINAL INSPECTION DIDN'T FIND THE PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE WITH THE VEHICLE. WHAT CAN I DO AND WHO SHOULD I GET IN TOUCH WITH?
