At the first oil change and tire rotation, the dealer could not get 1 of the rear tires off and had to cut and replace tire lugs and nuts. This was the first time the tires were serviced, so any over torqueing occurred at the factory.

The same thing happened several oil changes later and now again for the third time.

The dealer has been very good and I am currently in a loaner car while they wait for a rear axle part, but hate the thought of getting a flat and not being able to get tire changed.
