fuel spills out while pumping, continuous problem since 2011
This has been an ongoing issue since I purchased vehicle. I've been to two separate Nissan dealerships and a few additional auto mechanics to no avail. The only response I get is "Never heard of that. Maybe it's the pump at the gas station."
I've travelled to six different states and have fueled up at numerous stations. It's not the pump. I've tried filling up at different speeds, different angles, and with different levels of fuel starting out in the tank itself. Almost every time I end up hosing off the gas or changing shoes due to the splash of fuel that comes out. Now it's 5 years in and no improvement. I'm thinking about trying another dealership. I'm going to end up on fire one of these days.
