The contact owns a 2008 Nissan Frontier. He stated that his vehicle was purchased in November 2008. While driving approximately 35 mph and engaging the brake pedal it extended to the floor until he heard metal to metal. The vehicle stopped; however, the vehicle accelerated when the accelerator pedal was engaged. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer who stated that they couldn't duplicate the problem. The vehicle was taken to an independent facility where they stated that vehicle had a leak in the master cylinder. The vehicle was not repaired and the failure continued to occur.
