Under dash clicking occurs each time vehicle is started. It lasts about 8 sec. then stops. Dealer found the recirc/fresh air door actuator motor faulty. Requires dash removal to repair at a cost of $631 ($575 labor to replace a $56 part). Since all air flow vents remain functional, I will live with a little noise! I believe this is a result of poor design and Nissan should work toward a more accessible repair.
Update from May 20, 2015: If the recirc button is activated, there is no clicking noise, but it returns as soon as it is turn off to allow fresh air intake.
