The 2007 is no different than the 2006 and 2005. Just avoid it.
I purchase used 2007 Frontier Se At Mossy in Elcajon in 2013 since that time the trucks been nothing but problems after problems. Now the transmission has gone bad WTF?
Transmission failure Nissan Xterra Frontier 2004-2009 Investigation coolant leaking into the transmission. Many people seem to have a complaint about this issue, inside the radiator a crack develops that allows coolant to get into the transmission fluid and ruin the transmission. Still an investigation apparently and not a recall.
I purchased this vehicle two years ago and Nissan knew there was a problem with the transmissions and failed to repair or fix the problem before they sold me the truck, now the transmission is DEAD.
