The truck was running really rough at idle for months,I couldn't figure out what it was I changed spark plugs,wires distributor cap and rotor changed airfilter had the egr port scrubbed fuel filter changed still ran rough one day p0400 came up so took it to my mechanic he said it was theEGR backpressure valve or something but it ran fine after it was changed
