While braking for a red light ABS failed allowing vehicle to go through intersection and causing accident. Airbags did not deploy in front end collision.
Consumer states vehicle's anti-lock brake system failed when vehicle rear ended another vehicle. Prior to accident consumer complained that the anti-lock brake light was on. Dealership inspected vehicle and found nothing wrong. Dealership will not supply consumer with a copy of their report. Photos attached.
Master cylinder failed, causing consumer to run through an intersection and then had to coast to a stop. Complete brake failure without any warning before and even after incident.
