Consumer complained about play in brake pedal. When driving on a down grade and attempting to apply brakes, pedal goes all the way to floor. "spongy brakes, " and will not bring vehicle to a solid stop. Dealer stated this is normal.
Anti-lock brake system was not operating correctly. Upon hard braking, consumer noticed pulsation in brake pedal, and a very loud noise coming from the brakes, making it very difficult to stop vehicle. Consumer has contacted the dealer, front brakes replaced.
