I was just wondering if I am the only Cube owner who is fed up with the windshield on this car. I bought the car new in December of 2010. Today, I have 61,000 miles on it and I have 5 or 6 significant chips out of the windshield with one that has cracked and run the entire width of the windshield. I have had several quotes to replace it, but I continue to get hit again and again with rocks and whatever else is on the road while I am driving. I'm afraid to replace it, it will just get cracked again!
Has anyone installed any sort of a bug deflector on the edge of the hood like you see on trucks and SUV's? I am wondering if that might deflect some of the airborne materials away from my windshield?
