wheels / hubs problem
New tires not even 16k miles on them & they were not inspectable, rotated regularly & weren't used in winter, used snow tires instead. Service manager blew me off..nothing wrong with the car, said I had to buy new tires but they would give me a discount. So did that, did not feel I was getting anywhere with him and he felt he was 100% right and our roads were bad up here and that made them run out quick, nothing wrong with tires or car.

Less than a year later, 2 of the new tires I bought last month from the dealership, where they told me there was not problem with my car but our roads in Vermont..I have worn them down they will not pass inspection and have been on the car less than 5 months because winter tires were on there. Those winter tires are now also gone, shredded fully bald. Rear alignment totally messed up & that was causing this..even though there was no problem with my car according to the dealership..but that will be my next complaint since it's different from tires.
