2007 Nissan Armada. Consumer states vehicle broke down due to a factory defect faulty fuel gauge the consumer stated ever since the vehicle broke down, it intermittently emits a tremendous amount of black smoke after starting it. When the consumer returned to pick up the vehicle for a third time, he was informed the engine was damaged to lack of oil changes. The consumer stated he has proof the oil was changed on a regular basis. Also, the tire pressure monitoring light illuminated, but no leaks were found and the battery had to be replaced.
