Stuck throttle pedal: While driving with lose fitting sandals my sandal got jammed by the lip of the center counsel that extends out about a 1/2" and the gas pedal. My foot was stuck with the gas pedal fully depressed for a few seconds before I could dislodge it. There appears to be a design defect, the center counsel should fit flush with the tunnel.
