I was having a good day although it was chilly for this time of year. I washed my 2015 Nissan Altima. Left the car wash. Stopped for lunch at McDonald's. I leave to go home 2 blocks later I hear a gunshot like explosion and it's raining glass in my car. My first reaction I had I was shot. I pulled over checking myself. Shaken up and in shock. I looked all in the car for a rock or any other object. I got out to look for any scratches or body damage. None. I look at sunroof the glass is facing upward. So I knew nothing fell thru.
I took to dealership where I purchased the vehicle. Now under new ownership. My service Minnie was great . She told me that her manager would have to see it but could tell there's no way something fell thru it. Anyone with any intelligence can see it exploded or nothing fell thru it. Stevie Wonder could see nothing fell thru it.
I left dealership confident that it a defect and covered under warranty. I was called a half hour later call my insurance company. The manager made no effort to contact Nissan. Just made a call for everyone that it's not Nissans fault? I called Nissan but we're closed it was 4.59 pm. I'm not a complainer but the manager not to put any effort into this got me upset. I can't wait to call Nissan consumer affairs
