On 5/17/21 I had just left Walmart in Abington on my way to pickup my glasses. After picking up my glasses i felt wobble in the driver's side rear tire. I pulled over on Pine St. and checked the lug nuts on each wheel. Everything seemed okay. I then noticed a traction sign on the dashboard. I put on my hazard lights and drove home approximately a mile or two. When I got home I backed the car up and when I got out I notices the rear wheel drivers side bending inward at the top. I had Westgate Towing tow it after approved by AAA to Bourne's Auto for repair where i had bought the car and purchased a repair/warranty contract. Nothing was covered. No rental for a week. Paid almost $911.47 for the repair. Worried it could happen on other side. Diagnosis: Left Rear Lower Control Arm & Lateral Arm and Alignment needed.

Car stalls out while driving engine completely shuts off or sputters like it is going to die in the middle of traffic while driving it does not matter of it is hot or cold it does ot when ever it wants too nothing triggers the random sputtering or engine dying as well car has a grinding metal noise coming from the brakes replaced the brakes and rotors but still making the noise as if brakes are very bad.
I was driving the freeway and lost power engine and shut offs I'm not sure how I didn't have the accident yet. Take it to mechanic find out it was a throttle body position sensor and the throttle body camshaft position sensor crankshaft position sensor replaced all that still giving the same problem how to replace it again. So the speed limit was 70 I was going 65 so lost lost in the entire engine at speed of 65 is really difficult to maneuver
The double safety feature of pressing the break to start the car becomes void when the caliper has an issue even without the brake light engaging to show an issue. The car is tricked into thinking that the break is being pressed and will allow you to start it with just pressing the start button. My 8yr old was in the car playing while I was cleaning it and was also able to put the car in gear due to the mechanical system reading that the break was engaged. The car also continues to run after the key is removed and you can drive off with no key in the car. I
The contact owns a 2014 Nissan Altima. While driving 25 mph, the brake pedal was depressed, but the brakes failed to engage. As a result, the contact was involved in a front end collision. The contact sustained a concussion that required medical attention. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to secret city Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram (1005 oak turnpike, oak ridge, tn), but was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. My engine is making a raddling noise every time I accelerate then goes into an even worse noise like there's some sort of crack in the casing or a loose bolt inside the engine compartment. The breaks squeak every time I go into a stop motion. I've made a appointment before with carmax before and they've spent 5 hours in which none of the initial issues that I drove to austin for. And since that appointment no one has answered my calls to set up another and the two major issues are just getting worse.
"takata recall" I got my brakes done at to different repair places and my brakes are still squeezing, so I went back for them to change my rotors, brakes are still squeezing. Now when I drive I hear loud squeezing and my brakes sounds like they don't want to stop.
I had the fuel pump change because the car would not start. I was told by the mechanic that it has to do with an electrical problem because somehow its not getting power to start my car.
The contact owns a 2014 Nissan Altima. The contact stated that there was an abnormal noise progressing from the rear brakes, which worsened when the brake pedal was depressed. The contact had to apply force to the brake pedal to ensure that the vehicle came to a complete stop. The dealer completed a multi-point inspection, oil change, resurfaced the rotors, and replaced the rear brake pads. The failure recurred six months later. The vehicle was to be taken back to the dealer for further inspection the manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was not available. Updated 08/04/17
I parked the car on a slight incline, placed the shifter in park and stepped on the emergency brake. I exited the vehicle, left the driver door open. I opened the left rear door, removed my dog and closed the door. I looked up just in time as I was struck by the open front door of my car, knocked to the ground and it rolled over my leg. It rolled for approximately 30 feet and struck a tree.
Two complaints: One: The airbag warning light on the instrument panel intermittently and randomly comes on while driving. When taken to the dealer, they said the plug under the drivers seat was loose. They "fixed it". this problem has occurred 3 times since I bought the car new and is currently doing it again, but it is now out of warranty because of mileage and they are going to charge me to fix a problem that should never happen, yet has reoccurred regularly since new. Two: When depressing the brake pedal and near a complete stop, the pedal becomes "soft" for about a half second, the car stops decelerating for that half second then continues to stop normally, thereafter. Each time I mention this at a service interval at the dealer, they say they will look into it. Nothing is noted on my invoice and nothing is mentioned when the car is picked up. It is unsettling and it causes the car to stop several feet further than if this didn't happen.
The contact owns a 2014 Nissan Altima. While driving 30 mph, the brakes began to squeak and the vehicle was out of alignment. The vehicle was repaired under NHTSA campaign number: 16V029000 (latches, locks, linkages). The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The VIN was invalid. The failure mileage was 16,000.
Started my car backed out the driveway and my brake pedal went to the floor. I had no brakes at all. It was towed to a Nissan dealership on 8/27/2015 at 13:00. The dealer called me at 10:00 am on 8/28/2015 to inform me the bracket that holds the brake hose had "broke, fell off or rusted off" its a 2014. Its a year old. That is a huge safety concern to me. They did not have the car repaired until Monday 8/31/2015 14:09. Parts billed was 46206-2J00A spring lock bracket, 46211-3ta0A brake hose rear, 46237-A4600 gasket-brake ho, and 99mp-A4100P brake fluid. This repair was not covered and I paid for it and of course for 3 days of a rental car.
The rear passenger side brakes were making grinding and squealing noises. The rear caliber on the car was stuck and was grinding away at the brake pads. The rotor and the brake pads on the car were ruined. What is upsetting about the situation is that the car has 4300 miles.
