Just adding comments that this is pretty common problem. The repair guy at Nissan mentioned first needed right front engine mount. Decided wait till I had funds then Firestone repair guy month later says I need 3 of 4 engine mounts and best to replace all 4 since I was close to 200,000 miles. I know at that mileage I have to expect to have problems and repairs but I just wanted to add both repair guys said this was a very common problem on Nissan Altimas and I was probably lucky to get by this long. I also had to replace front shock assemblies and front axle boots trying to locate the source of vibrations. Up to this problem car gave me no other problems.I called local Nissan dealer said about $2000 to replace all 4 hahaha car worth less that that. Firestone gave me estimate $700 and Local repair shop gave me estimate $650 all 4.
