Bought a used 2007 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL in spring. Everything seemed to be working ok other then it uses one litre oil every 1500-2000 km. Recently the brakes started acting up. Ehen you are driving and press on the brakes to slow down it starts braking normally, then as you start slowing down all of sudden the brakes grab aggressively almost to the point of lock up. This could be very dangerous in slippery conditions.
Update from Nov 9, 2015: My 07 Altima has a braking problem. I push the brakes at any speed and it has a residual pop and jerk. It begins to slow down as normal and then it seems to catch again and it will jerk and become a extreme brake.
