At the end of February, early March I had my car at the Nissan dealership because I had the pleasure of having ALL the alert lights on my dash, along with a non working speedometer and odometer. The Nissan dealership said that they found that there was no communication to my ABS Control Module.

Replacement cost would be $1840 plus tax.

Not sure how the ABS Control Module would affect all the other components in the car but sure, why not. I couldn't afford the $1840 so I called Nissan North America. To me it seemed that this sort of issue shouldn't happen to a car that only has 69,500 miles on it. After much phone tag, run arounds and complete lack of customer service, Nissan said that they've declined to help me out because I have too many miles on my car.

In the end, I purchased a used ABS Control Module and had a local mechanic put it on. Oddly enough, there still wasn't any communication to the ABS Control Module. Fortunately I was only out $500 as opposed to almost two grand.

Sadly this was only one issue in a long line of problems I've had with this car.
