The bluetooth in this car is a piece of crap and is barely usable. Most of the time when speaking with someone, they tell me that I'm breaking up and/or all distorted. If I whisper, it's a little better, but not much. I've seen similar reports on other Nissan's and Infinitis and it appears to be an engineering issue with the microphone sensitivity and placement. IN other words, not correctable.
