The problem first occurred in 2011, among other problems that are currently co-existing with no ac/heat. First of all , I thought doing your routine maintance is suppose to benefit you in the long run but I have not seen the benefits yet with one problem after another, and all you get is a courtersy cup of coffee or a shuttle ride home with a long wait time for service. Secondly , I was giving several different diagnosis , and used my extended warranty to pay for what I thought fixed only to find out it had nothing to do with the AC/Heat. Which by the way did I mention my AC/ Heat was working fine until they did the work on the original problem (front panel buttons froze up) . Then I was told that the blower on the AC/ Heat went out , now they're saying it's the AC/Heat control panel knobs...... one guess after another. Well I guess you can guess what I'm stuck with......... you got it no AC/Heat. Lastly , what happened to the days when taking your old bucket to the mechanic and it lasted forever but the new cars oh GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
