I'm an Ase Master Tech with over 35 yrs exp. and the 2.4 Nissan intake leaks are very common and an expensive fix which mostly is labor. its definitely a problem Nissan should have a recall on. most time the symptoms include surging at idle, missing on one or more cylinders, lack of power, lean codes and dying at idle in gear.

On the highway when i'm driving at around 50 mph the car gets up to 4000 rpm and doesn't shake from that, even if i let off the gas, really annoying, and definitely bad for the car.
