I also am having the issue at the fuel pump. I bought this car to get away from a 6-cylinder and better fuel economy, BIG mistake. I've had nothing but problems with this car and this adds to the list of issues. Nissan really got this one wrong and needed to recall for some large problems that seemed to happen to numerous owners.

cannot put gas in the car without gas pump shuting off ever 20 seconds. Replaced fuel filler neck, and it did not fix the problem

It takes about 10 minutes to fuel up the tank, Gasoline pump keeps kicking off and fuel comes out of the filler neck. I think this is also a safety issue.
