just want to know if this can be due to overfilling, as there is is more fluid than need be in there, and if this is the cause of the problem, what solution would be best? fraining it, or having the fluid changed at a a shop with the machine? or do I need the whole new transmission?

the car runs but a mechanic said it could die at any point in time. I want to get it fixed but the dude didn't even know what was wrong with it.
