: the contact stated while at dealer to pick up the vehicle, personnel of the dealership was observed putting a device under the dash board. The contact expressed that the dealer damaged the battery intentionally. When the dealer was replacing the battery cable by taking the steering column apart, the forced used to put steering column backed into place caused the battery to mess up and battery cable became fractured.
