My 2016 370Z has a navigation system that always worked. Recently when I entered an address in the address book, it did not automatically start the trip directions. When I pushed voice it keeps stating "no destination has been set". I took my car to my local Nissan dealer and was told they could not fix the problem and referred me to NissanUSA.com. I did go there and received a reply directing me to go to Nissan Navigation Store which I did. I received a reply of the following: The map update for this navigation system is discontinued and is no longer available for purchase through this site or at dealers/distributors. I am very disappointed obviously. We are a Nissan family. This is my second Z, my wife drives an Altima and my daughter a Sentra. The graphics work ie the map is shown etc but the directions don't start. As I noted before, voice stated "no destination has been set" I find it hard to believe that Nissan has no solution to my problem. I am asking, as a loyal Nissan owner, for your help.
Thank you!
