clutch stuck to floor

I made the first complaint from Byron, Ga. The slave cylinder that’s plastic which plugs into the bell housing overheats. Some solutions are changing fluids to a DOT 4 which can stand higher temperatures. But I’ve done that. It didn’t work. The weather conditions play a major role in your cars performance. If it’s 90 degrees or more look for issues after you have left the house. Most likely when you're in traffic or driving down the interstate. Nissan recognizes the problem - there’s even a lawsuit by a guy named Nguyen or something like that you can look it up. The only option is to replace the slave cylinder on the drivers side of the transmission with an external slave cylinder. This will fix your problem. Nissan will NOT fix your vehicle. They will replace your fluid and charge you be careful. You could kill yourself or someone. Not being able to take car out of gear.

I also have a 2013 Nissan Altima CVT transmission that gets too hot and fails. It will need an oil cooler before returning to transmission. Trans temperature climbed to over 275 degrees.
