2006 Nissan 350Z with defective assy system-clutch problems** the manual gear shift could not be shifted. After a few tries the consumer was able to get the car shifted into neutral, but could not shift out of neutral into any other gear. Over a three day period the consumer tried varies things to get the gear shift to move. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was determined that the floor mat was stuck up underneath the clutch pedal. Once the dealer pulled the mat out they test drove the vehicle and everything seemed ok. The consumer was charged $350.11 for that service. The consumer is request reimbursement for services rendered.
