The contact owns a 2005 Nissan 350Z. Upon starting the vehicle, the brake warning light illuminated on the instrument panel. The dealer stated that the vehicle needed new brakes, brake pads, and rotors at the cost of $575. Immediately, the vehicle began making a squealing noise after the repairs were made. The dealer kept the vehicle for 20 hours and stated that they did not have the part needed to make the necessary repairs. Afterwards, the dealer stated that the reason the vehicle was squealing was due to a service pack that needed to be installed on the vehicle. The VIN was unknown. The failure mileage was 25,500 and current mileage was 25,800.
