I think there are alot of Nissan 350z owners that have had the same problem with the convertible top being stuck in the open or closed or midway position. My gripe is that Nissan Knows of this and don't give a flying mule's ass about taking care of their customers problems with these 350z's. That's all!

Dealership has had car for 7 days. Told me they contacted Nissan about broken bolt and Nissan has not responded. One special bolt is all that is needed to fix problem.
