This is a Technical Service Bulletin, provided to dealers, to provide notice of warranty extension for the Main Drive Lithium-ion Battery not being able to be charged to full available capacity. This Technical Service Bulletin also provides troubleshooting procedures, if the customer reports not being able to charge the Main Battery to full available capacity.
