Owners of some affected vehicles may report they can not set the vehicle to "READY" mode in extreme cold weather (approximately -25 C, -13 F). This may be due to a frozen EV control relay. This TSB advises dealers that an improved EV control relay is available to correct this condition, and provides replacement instructions.
