The contact owns a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander sport. The contact received a recall notification for NHTSA campaign number: 18V103000 (visibility) and stated that the manufacturer failed to repair the vehicle within a reasonable amount of time. An unknown local dealer, which was no longer in business, was contacted and confirmed that parts were not available to perform the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
