The contact owns a 2017 mitsubushi Outlander. The contact stated that the front windshield was cracking. The contact called his insurance company to have the windshield replaced. The windshield was replaced, but it cracked also. The contact suspected that the glass was faulty. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. The failure mileage was 46,000.
