2017 mitsubushi Outlander. Consumer writes in regards to issues with door. The consumer stated the driver's side door locks were inoperable 75% of the time.

The contact owns a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 17V233000 (latches/locks/linkages); however, the part needed for the repair was not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact called mission Mitsubishi (9800 pedro ave, san antonio, tx 78216, phone number: (210) 342-2886) and was informed the part for the repair was unavailable. The manufacturer was not contacted and made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
