The contact owned a 2004 Mitsubishi Outlander. While driving approximately 50 mph through a roundabout, the driver lost control of the steering wheel. The front passenger pulled the middle emergency brake to stop the vehicle. As a result, the vehicle flipped over four times and landed on its roof. The air bags failed to deploy. The driver and passengers were uninjured. A police report was filed. The vehicle was destroyed and towed to a tow lot. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 280,000.

Slammed my front drivers side into a cement column in a parking lot. My airbag did not deploy. No major injury just a bruised jaw and sore neck. Incident 01/17/2013. Usaa auto insurance said car was totalled so I get the cash value.

On 10/17/04, I was was rear ended. The car spun around and the air bags did not open. Model mitshubishi Outlander 2003. My body jerked against the frame of the steering wheel. Yes! I had my seat belt on.
