Lost control of the vehicle when pulling out onto the road because the left front inner tie rod disconnected. Vehicle lost control for the third time and crashed on its right side, causing 4 people serious bodily injury.

My vehicle is wondering on the road so bad that it has became a safety issue for me and my family. I cann't get the dealer to do any thing about it. My vehicle is drifting on the road some time to the right and some time to the left. I have had this problem for the past 15 months. I have taken to the dealer more than 15 times, I have spent my money and time and I'm getting no where. Please help me! I will porvide this vehicle for any kind of testing.
