From day one of buying the car and driving it, the steering wandered quite badly. Not so noticeable on winding roads but definitely noticeable on straight roads as you have to keep correcting the steering. I took it back to the Mitsubishi agent and they "road tested" it, saying that there was nothing wrong and that it was electric steering which would take time to get used to. Well, I am a time served motor mechanic myself and have been driving for 50 years. I told them that I didn't accept this but was told there was nothing they could do as they couldn't find a fault. It was only when the mechanic was left alone with me that he told me that I was correct and that there was indeed a fault with the steering. Having had no success to date with getting this corrected, we hardly drive this car and definitely not on long journeys. Any suggestions?
