The contact owns a 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage. While driving at approximately 35 mph, there was an abnormal noise coming from the brakes. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the brake pads failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 19,000.
