Applied brakes and pedal went to the floor, causing extended stopping distance, which resulted in a rear end collision. Brakes have been replaced 3 times within 14 months.
Consumer was traveling about 35mph on a off ramp and started to downshift, applied brakes with vehicle in right lane, and it drifted off into left. Consumer started to steer, and vehicle would not turn at all, causing an accident. Consumer stated when he attempted to brake, he could not, then down shifted vehicle to try and slow it down which did not help, consumer was unable to maintain control of the steering.
There is a very fine sound when I drive at 55 mph and I asked the dealer about this and he said it maybe that because the license plate is not installed yet. My other concern
