The Mitsubishi Galant i bought started the noise under left and right side seemed, in front and left and right in rear after driving forward but not while applying brakes but loud metal popping against metal sound and pretty loud inside and louder to someone on outside. noise not while applying brakes or changing gears. took to Mitsubishi service dept 3 times 2 different dealerships and each person said, "oh its something to do with the 4 disc. brakes when heat up expands something and makes that noise and they all do it. they said it was a manufactured problem and there is nothing they can do about it and they gave a lady another same car new and it did it too. they all 3 said "they all do it".
